HR Development Programme 2025/2026 - Ipswich

We're delighted to once again be working in partnership with Birketts to bring HR professionals from across the eastern region a HR development programme that aims to offer a variety of coaching, self-reflection, soft skills and professional advice. The program will aim to be an enriching discovery experience along with a chance to network with like-minded local HR professionals within the local area.

Four sessions that make up our 2025/2026 programme:

Session 1 – Thursday 25 September 2025

• Benefits – no budget: no problem! Conversation to cover statutory and non-statutory benefits and how to enhance what you have.

Session 2 - Thursday 22 January 2026

• Managing investigations –a Sherlock Holmes inspired session to see “Who Done It!”

Session 3 – Thursday 23 April 2026

• Building confidence in conversations: Respecting boundaries in a diverse workplace.

Session 4 - Thursday 2 July 2026

• Near Misses – sharing anonymous incidents and how to deal with tricky claims.

The sessions will be held in Birketts LLP, Providence House, 141-145 Princes St, Ipswich IP1 1QJ.

Cost to attend

These not-for-profit sessions support our chosen Charities, St Elizabeth’s Hospice in Ipswich and Inspire Suffolk and the total cost of £25.00 for four sessions which we are sure you will agree offers unbelievable value! We also encourage the same person to attend all four sessions please so that the networking opportunities are not missed.
