These sessions are £1 and funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. They are for residents in the Hull Local Authority area or residents who live within a 5 km radius of this venue (Hull Local Authority residents can attend any one session, if you live on the East Riding border you can attend a session within 5km of this venue) Please check age limits and details before booking as we cannot offer a full refund (most of the cost will be absorbed by the booking fee). As part of this project we are running 36 sessions. To allow as many people to participate as possible, we limit bookings to one session for the duration of the project, unless places remain/become available nearer to the course start date. Please do not book additional Creative Humber sessions or these will be cancelled and refunded less the booking fee.

This amazing session will allow you to print your own fabrics with your own artwork (to use your own artwork you will need to submit artwork to us for preparation of your screen by 8th July). We will email a video regarding what type of drawings work best) If you don't provide artwork, we will prepare images for you - just email us at threadandpress@gmail.com and tell us what type of images you like!

In the session you will learn how to print using different fabrics and inks. A great taster course to learn this fantastic technique and learn how you can do this at home. Perfect for beginners.

Wear old clothes as these inks are permanent.

Please note, all sessions are run by an experienced teacher with Enhanced DBS. We complete thorough risk assessments for all of our activities.
