Equality and diversity concerns avoiding discrimination and ensuring that there is equal opportunity for all stakeholders, which in turn leads to a positive company culture and better staff engagement levels.
Learners on the course will understand what is meant by the term equality and diversity, and the consequences of inequality. It will equip learners with the tools to promote inclusion and create fairer workplaces. Finally, learners will learn the legal and moral frameworks that govern equality and diversity.

The online course should take between 20-40 minutes to complete and delegates will receive a Highfield e-certificate on completion.
