Renowned Marylebone restaurant The Providores and Tapa Room and Iconic Westminster restaurant The Cinnamon Club have teamed up to celebrate their milestone 15th anniversaries with a collaborative dinner on Tuesday 18th October, featuring the finest dishes from acclaimed chefs Peter Gordon and Vivek Singh.
Both famed for their innovative style of cooking, Peter and Vivek will cook a six course anniversary feast (£120 per person) at The Providores and Tapa Room with a cocktail on arrival and matching wines.
Arrival Cocktail & Canapés
The Providores - Regal Rogue-atini – using Regal Rogue wild rosé vermouth from Australia, East London vodka, Aperol, lemon juice
The Cinnamon Club – Cinnamon Bellini - using cinnamon tea, cinnamon syrup, Goldschlager, apple juice and Champagne
Peter Gordon: Miso baked aubergine, pinenuts, dates, feta, crispy buckwheat and tahini orange yoghurt
Vivek Singh: Samosa and kachori chaat with tamarind, mint and yoghurt dressing
Third Course Duo
Vivek Singh: Bengali spiced crab cake with beetroot, kasundi mustard
Peter Gordon: Grilled scallop, dashi tapioca, curry leaves, green mango, lime
Vivek Singh: Smoked venison loin, Rajasthani corn sauce, pickled root vegetables and masala cashew nut
Peter Gordon: Pressed lamb shoulder, beetroot, chard, courgette salad, black garlic pesto
Dessert Course Duo
Vivek Singh: Carrot and ginger sticky toffee pudding with carrot halwa and clove ice cream
Peter Gordon: Treacle cured bacon ice cream, olive meringues, banana salted caramel, yoghurt maple cream
Both Chefs will host throughout the evening and will hold a Q&A session during the event.
