COVID-19 rules: By registering for this session you agree to follow the club's participant session rules (https://www.windmilers.org.uk/node/18127). You also confirm that, within the last 10 days, you have not (1) experienced symptoms of Covid-19, (2) tested positive for Covid-19, (3) been living with someone who has recently tested positive, or (4) been required to quarantine for any other reason (early release being possible via 'Test to Release'). If the answer is yes to any of these between now and the club session, you will cancel your place, self-isolate, and report your infection to NHS Test & Trace and to the club. You will bring to the attention of the club coaches any medical condition that may be relevant to participating safely in club activities, obtaining medical approval from your GP as needed.
