You, or those on whose behalf you are booking, will NOT attend the service, if during the ten days before the service have

1. Tested positive for Covid-19 and are self-isolating

2. Awaiting the results of a PCR test

3. Started showing symptoms of following:

a cough;

shortness of breath;

a loss or change in your sense of taste or smell or

a fever above 37.7C degrees

4. Lived with someone who tests positive or has Covid symptoms

5. Been identified by contact tracers as a close contact of someone who has tested positive, and you are not fully vaccinated

6. Arrived in the UK from a red list country

7. Are an adult who has not been fully vaccinated and have arrived in the UK from an amber list country

• The number of attendees will be restricted in order to conform to room capacity guidelines. We may have to restrict attendance to one day only to enable as many people as possible to attend at least one day.

• You will need to wear a face covering unless there are medical reasons not to do so.

• Ventilation will be provided via the open door at the back of the shul, as well as through an air purifier in the room.

• If possible, you will need to bring your own machzor, and men to bring their own tallit. Otherwise, when you arrive in shul, there will be items placed on a chair for you.

Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please note that as some people may be booking separately by phone, your place will need to be confirmed.
