Managing volunteers in a small organisation often looks very different from how it works in larger charities with more staff and resources. This workshop, led by Go Volunteer Glos, is designed specifically with small and micro organisations in mind.

- Recruiting the right volunteers for your organisation
- Training and supporting them effectively, even with limited capacity
- Retaining and valuing your volunteers so they stay engaged and motivated
You’ll leave with a better understanding of volunteer management that works for your context, plus tips, tools, and support to help you strengthen and grow your volunteer team.

This course is fully funded for VCSE groups & organisations delivering services in Gloucestershire. To enable as many groups & organisations to access this course, we limit bookings to two per organisation. Please note we only accept bookings from individuals attending the course and we are unable to accept multiple bookings in one name. If you would like to book more than two spaces, please email bookings@glosvcsalliance.org.uk and we will aim to accommodate individual needs where possible.
