What Do I Need to Bring?

Who is Not Suitable for? - Contraindications

- Pregnancy (first trimester of pregnancy not recommended) - Serious mental health problems - Epilepsy/seizure - Any surgery in the last 12 weeks* If you are concerned about your health, contact your GP or us before purchasing the ticket.

Can I Sleep During the Night?

You can meditate and sleep, or you may choose to stay awake and drift in and out of sleep throughout the session as the sound of the gongs and vibration gently washes over you.

What is Shuniya?

The Shuniya ”literally meaning “emptiness” or “void”. It is a very healing and powerful part of the Puja Night. During this sacred silence you will sleep, it is the time for the sounds to settle. Body, mind and soul will integrate so the inner peace and the oneness will be invited to your life.

What if I Will be Late?

Event will start promptly at 10pm Late-comers will not be allowed in once the event is underway! so please take additional time to arrive.

Where Can I Park my Car?

There is a spacious, free car park next to the Highslopes Community Centre. The gate will be clocked over the night.
