Roving Volunteer Group - Oak Tree Farm

Roving Volunteer Group - Oak Tree Farm

By Herefordshire Wildlife Trust

Overview

The plan for the day will be surveying young blackthorn for Brown Hairsteak butterfly eggs

This is a small work party for helping with critical jobs across the reserves. Spend time outdoors learning new skills with our lovely volunteer groups. Meet with the Park Ranger Rosie Wilson for this practical conservation work surveying for Brown Hairstreak.  Please meet at 10am in the car park.  The task runs from 10-3 but feel free to drop in and out as you wish. Bring a packed lunch and wear sturdy footwear.  Looking forward to meeting you!

*Volunteer Work Parties are open to registered volunteers only. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please contact Lesley Hack at l.hack@herefordshirewt.co.uk to find out more.
