Join us for a 2-hour session where you will have the opportunity to blend your own gin, guided by an Eden Mill expert, using several specifically distilled 'body spirits' and 'hero botanicals'. Once you have created your gin, enjoy the first sip in a classic gin & tonic and a selection of canapes by Executive Chef Derek Johnstone, before bottling your blend to take home, alongside a bespoke Eden Mill glass.
