The conference will be a great opportunity to further develop your consulting skills, listen to inspiring speakers, and exchange ideas with other 180 Degrees consultants.

Networking Night

Have you ever thought about what it would be like to work as a consultant? Are you curious to learn about the types of social impact work top-tier consulting firms are doing? On Friday night, there will be a networking event with representatives from top consulting firms. You will be able to hear all about their lives as a consultant, the types of social impact/pro-bono work they have been involved in and have the opportunity to ask them any questions that you may have about what would help you into the role.

Skills Training & Workshop Sessions

Our day sessions include exciting interactive training and workshops delivered by leading consulting firm OC&C Strategy Consultants as well as from experienced members of the 180 Degrees Global Leadership team. Sessions will cover everything from effective research & analysis, problem solving and how to recruit and motivate teams. The weekend will finish with a case study competition which will give you the opportunity to put your newfound skills to the test and have the chance to win some great prizes!

Challenges & Opportunities in the Social Sector

Social impact leaders will educate you with a panel on the latest challenges that non-profits and social enterprises are facing, allowing you to increase the quality of your consulting services back at your branches. It will also challenge the way that you approach problems in your own life. There will also be a number of talks throughout the weekend from leading organisations such as Ashoka, Aspyre Africa and Dalberg Global Advisors on innovative ways they are tackling problems in their organisations, how they supercharging their social impact and the opportunities available.
