Housing Law: tenancies and licences

Who is this course for?
Designed for frontline workers who are responsible for the day to day enforcement of agreements and also managers requiring a strategic overview.
What will you learn?
This course will cover:
- The properties of licences and tenancies
- Likely clauses in tenancy and licence agreements
- How to manage breaches of occupancy agreements
- What makes notices valid and the stages of the possession process
- What orders a court can make and what the likely order would be
- How to legally take back properties without going to court.

This course is also available to be booked for staff teams of up to 20 people, to be delivered online "in-house" in live interactive sessions on dates to suit your organisation. This course can booked to be delivered in-person.
