Welcome to 1853 Studios & Gallery!

We’re a vibrant community of creative professionals located on the 3rd floors of Osborne Mill in Westwood, Oldham. Our members include a wide range of artists, designers, sculptors, photographers, and makers.

Join us for our Open Studios event, where you can:

  • Meet the artists and learn about their creative processes.
  • Explore their workspaces and see their latest projects.
  • Browse and purchase unique, local art and handmade goods.
  • Participate in creative workshops and activities.

We’ll also have two exhibitions for you to enjoy, including a group show featuring work from some of our studio members. Don’t miss the stunning view of Greater Manchester from our Mill 2 Gallery!

No booking is required and everyone is welcome! When you arrive, a team member will be there to show you around the mill and provide a timetable of activities.

Light refreshments will be available.

We can’t wait to see you there!
