1940s Steam event at Papplewick Pumping Station
Come and join us for our 1940s Steam event held at the historic Papplewick Pumping Station in Nottinghamshire.
- October 18th & 19th, 10am-4pm.
- An array of military and civilian re-enactors plus encampment displays.
- Period vehicles.
- Trade stalls.
- Plus the popular Cooling Pond re-enactment battle each day at 2pm.
- Live entertainment from Jayne Darling & Kevin Mac (Saturday) and Johnny Victory & Lula May (Sunday).
- Annual Passes are valid.
- Dogs are welcome.
- Greenhouse and Bric-a-brac sales.
- Take a ride on the miniature steam railway.
- Kids play area.
- Tearoom & Lincoln Green Brewery.
- All engines will be in steam.
- Reservoir tours available with an additional fee.
- A stunning display of classic and vintage vehicles.

Note: All admission tickets are entitled to a 12 month annual pass - pay once and attend all our subsequent steam events for no extra cost.
Your annual pass is collected and validated on the day of your visit. It is not issued ahead of your visit.
Annual pass holders & Friends of PPS Trust do not need to book on line - just turn up and present your valid pass / membership card at the Returnees gate.
