Data Manager Training - 4Matrix Admin Tools (KS4/5 Part 1 of 3)

Objectives
In this webinar, we will demonstrate how data is imported, stored, and managed in 4Matrix Desktop. We'll look at the different types of import tools and managing subjects, pupils, and results.

By the end of the webinar, you will not only have a comprehensive knowledge of how all the import tools work, but also a greater understanding of the data structure and organisation in 4Matrix.

• How pupil data links together in 4Matrix, including contextual, demographics and prior attainment data.
• How subjects and grades are imported and managed in 4Matrix
• How Series work and the sub-settings associated with them, such as calculations, visibitlity etc.
• How to manage groups, including classes and custom groups.
• How different functions in the Admin tools can impact your data and figures
• Hints and tips for navigation, importing data speedily, and 'housekeeping' tasks.

Audience
This webinar is recommended for any Data Managers or Data Leaders that are new to 4Matrix, including Exams Officers, teaching or SLT staff who also have responsibility for importing and managing data in 4Matrix.
