Objectives

This webinar provides an introduction to the KS5 headline performance analysis tools in 4Matrix Desktop. By the end of the session you will have a greater understanding of the performance measures and the functionality these tools have to offer.

Please note this is part 3 of a 3-part series and this session focusses on KS5 analysis only.

What You'll Learn
Each tool and measure will be fully explained, including key terminology, calculations, and interpretations of each measure. Understanding these measures will add quality assurance to the accuracy of your schools’ data. The following areas will be covered:

• Press Release
• Value Added, including at cohort and subject-level
• A Level, Academic, Applied and Tech Level measures, including the differences between each qualification cohort
• Additional measures such as Facilitating Subjects, Best 3 A Levels
• Other considerations, including tracking performance over time.

Audience
This webinar is primarily aimed at Data Managers, but is also suitable for SLT and Heads of 6th Form. It is also suitable for those who are new to secondary school data and require more in-depth knowledge of accountability measures.
