ROOT: Gentle Yin Yoga for ALL Levels and Bodies
Overview
Reflecting the slower energy of winter- this slow, beginner-friendly class is designed to help you relax, stretch, and feel steady and supported in your body.
Movements are as simple or as deep as you need them to be, fully guided, and supported with cushions and props so you can move comfortably at your own pace. There’s no pressure to be flexible or “get it right”.
This class takes its inspiration from the Root Chakra, which in yoga represents our sense of safety, stability, and feeling grounded in the body. Winter naturally invites us to slow down, rest, and rebuild our foundations, making gentle Yin-style stretching especially supportive during this season. The long, supported poses help the body settle, soften tension, and create a sense of steadiness and calm.
