Online event
Tuesday, Apr 21 from 6 pm to 7 pm GMT+1
Overview

ADHD group coaching: Understand your wiring, build a tailored strategy, and create sustainable routines that work with your brain.

This 10-session ADHD group coaching programme helps you understand how your brain works and build a personalised strategy that fits your neurodiversity.

Across 10 practical modules, you will map your ADHD profile, learn regulation tools to manage overwhelm, reduce procrastination, and create sustainable routines. We also address the emotional side of ADHD, including shame, self-criticism, masking, and identity.

The programme is structured, supportive, and action focused. Each week includes clear takeaways, simple between session actions, and gentle accountability. Places are limited to keep the group supportive and interactive. Sessions are delivered live in a small, supportive group format. Every session is recorded, so you can catch up if you cannot attend on a particular date.

ADHD Group Coaching: 10 Sessions, 10 Topics

Session 1: Your ADHD profile and foundations.
We identify your type of ADHD and attention style, understand neurotransmitters and your nervous system, uncover your personal ADHD challenges and beliefs, and start building your core strategy.

Session 2: Managing your Sensory overwhelm.
We map your sensory triggers and create a practical plan to reduce overload at home, at work, and in everyday life.

Session 3: Burnout prevention and metabolism.
We look at energy regulation and the body side of ADHD: sleep, food timing, movement, recovery, and pacing, so you stop living in crash and recovery cycles.

Session 4: Managing emotions.
We work with emotional intensity, fast escalation, frustration, anxiety, and shame, and build tools for regulation and repair.

Session 5: Social situations and relationships.
We tackle communication, boundaries, misunderstandings, and people pleasing, and build strategies for connection without burnout.

Session 6: Procrastination and self motivation.
We break down why you get stuck and build a reliable start and finish system, using motivation levers that work for ADHD.

Session 7: Executive functioning: internal organisation systems.
We build systems for time, money, planning, prioritising, memory, and follow through.

Session 8: Executive functioning: external organisation environment.
We design the outside world to support your brain: clothing, home organisation, information, clutter, paperwork, and digital overwhelm.

Session 9: Reducing toxic self talk and building and understaing for the self.

We replace harsh inner talk with a supportive internal voice that sustains change

Session 10: Masking, shame, and summary.
We identify masking patterns, reduce shame, and summarise our program to apply in every day life.
