Transition, EHC Plans and your options

Does your child have an EHC Plan?

Is you child due to transition to a new school/ education establishment in September 2026?

You will receive you amended EHC Plan naming the new school by 15th February if you child is due to move from:

• Nursery to Primary/ Infants
• Infants to Juniors
• Primary/ Juniors to Secondary

If the transfer is from Secondary to Post 16 you will receive your amended EHC Plan by 31st March
