PACT Neuro Art - Adult session
Overview
Making art can be a great way to express yourself, lower stress and anxiety, and communicate. Neuro Art is a creative group for Autistic, Audhd, and ADHD adults registered with PACT.
We are providing a creative space to explore interests in arts and crafts, share modalities, and learn new skills.
Led by group members, the themes will be fluid and allow space for individual making. Meaning you can choose how to spend the session, whether that’s trying something new or working on a continuing project.
Hannah, a therapeutic arts practitioner, will be facilitating the session.
The monthly sessions are for Autistic, Audhd, and ADHD adults
