Join Our Next Online Wellbeing Session - Sleep and Rest
Following the wonderful feedback from our previous wellbeing sessions, we’re delighted to invite you to another gentle and nurturing workshop — this time focused on improving sleep and rest, and understanding how vital they are to your overall wellbeing.
In this session, we’ll explore:
- Why sleep and rest are so important for emotional and physical wellbeing,
- Simple, practical techniques to support better-quality sleep,
- Ways to calm the mind and body at the end of a busy day,
- Small changes that can make a big difference to your nightly routine.
As always, we’ll finish with a soothing relaxation experience led by Nicole, giving you time to unwind, reset, and gently recharge. Feel free to bring a cozy blanket and settle in for some well-deserved “you time.”
This session will be led by Nicole Woodcock from Hummingbird Hypnotherapy, a compassionate practitioner dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of parents and carers.
Whether you’ve joined us before or it’s your first time, we’d love to welcome you. These sessions are here to support, uplift, and remind you that your wellbeing matters too.
