Professional Identity in Coaching: Reflective Tools for Growth, Belonging, and Change with Roberta Wolff

How is professional identity formed, and how does it shape growth, belonging and wellbeing?

This insightful and interactive session explores professional identity as a dynamic, relational process. Grounded in original research, Roberta Wolff invites coaches to deepen their understanding of the forces that shape identity and how these play out in client work, teams and professional communities.

Participants will:

  • Explore the forces that shape professional identity and consider their relevance to coaching practice
  • Discover five key ingredients that support professional becoming
  • Experiment with two reflective models designed to foster growth environments
  • Reflect on the agency we have to shape cultures of belonging and aligned professional flourishing

Through breakout discussions, case studies and professional anecdotes, participants will explore how these frameworks can be adapted across diverse professional settings.

This session is inclusive and relational in approach, inviting reflection, dialogue and critical thinking, where inner clarity meets outer change.

Unlocking Lasting Change: Coaching with the Inner System with Felix Müller

Why do so many clients, and even coaches themselves, struggle to change, no matter how much they reflect or understand?

This interactive webinar introduces Coaching with the Inner System, a method that moves beyond thoughts to include emotions, body reactions and subconscious processes, the factors that truly shape behaviour.

Participants will:

  • Work with their own small examples of “stuck” behaviour in a safe, structured way
  • Experience how subconscious patterns emerge
  • Explore how blockages can be shifted
  • Connect each step directly back to coaching practice

Through guided reflection, pair work and group dialogue, coaches will gain both personal insight and practical techniques that can be applied immediately in client work.

Facilitated by Henley-trained MSc and ICF PCC coach Felix Müller, this session offers a grounded and experiential introduction to working with the Inner System in practice.

The VISIBLE Framework: Deepening Authenticity and Equity in Coaching with Sheena Yap Chan

In coaching, technical frameworks are essential, but true impact springs from visible presence, confident voice, and inclusive leadership.

In this highly interactive session, Sheena Yap Chan introduces the VISIBLE Framework (Voice, Identity, Spotlight, Inner Work, Belief, Leverage, Elevation) a model designed to help coaches deepen authenticity and equity in their practice.

Participants will explore how to:

  • Amplify marginalised voices within client work
  • Lead engagements with cultural humility
  • Build trust with clients who feel underrepresented
  • Elevate their coaching visibility, both in the coaching room and in their professional presence

Through live reflection exercises, breakout discussions and peer coaching role-plays, attendees will apply the framework to real coaching scenarios and leave with actionable tools and mini-practices to embed visible confidence in their coaching style and development.

What Counts in Supervision: Exploring What Coaches Value with Elizabeth Crosse and Julia Carden

Supervision is widely promoted as a cornerstone of coaching,Ev required by professional bodies and expected by many clients. But what makes it genuinely valuable?

Drawing on insights from the research study What Counts? Coaches’ views on supervision as a developmental learning process, this session invites coaches to reflect on what they need from supervision and how they judge its usefulness.

Together, we will explore:

  • What helps supervision become a genuine developmental process
  • How coaches assess value and growth
  • How to engage more intentionally in supervisory relationships
  • How to take greater ownership of ongoing professional development

This highly interactive virtual session will include live polling, breakout discussions and plenary dialogue, offering space to examine assumptions and explore emerging debates in the field.

Participants will leave with greater clarity about how supervision can meaningfully support both professional growth and mental wellbeing.
