Get ready to boost your game with hands-on performance testing, strength coaching, and recovery tips all in one day!
This will be a practical, hands-on camp where our expert coaches will take you through a set of sport -specific performance tests, and guide you through several fundamental gym movements. Our goal is to give you the confidence and ability to train safely and effectively in any gym environment. Whether you’re new to the gym or already training, you’ll work through movement screening stations, learn corrective exercise strategies, and practice strength training techniques. You will walk away with a clearer understanding of how to train for long-term performance, along with a tailored action plan to guide your next steps. We will also introduce you to a simple system to ensure you are recovering adequately after training and competition.
