The group is also available throughout the in-between times to email or call each other for advice or ideas – working together we can save having to pay outside help and we can help each other in ‘sticky’ situations if need be with the benefit of what we may have done in our own organisation.

Any manager or director responsible for the HR, Finance and/or Operations side of their organisation, or even the CEO, is welcome to join.

This is an informal group with no barriers – other than of course respect for each other! – and is totally confidential unless we ask permission to share if needed.
