A new Class in Horsham for 2022!

A one hour taster session of the Olympic sport of Air Rifle Shooting, at Warnham Village Hall, Hollands Way, Warnham, West Sussex, RH12 3RH on Saturday 27 August and 3 September starting at 1.00pm.

Our taster sessions are open to all ages over the age of 8.

Our regular Thursday evening classes are open to all young people age 8 to 18 followed by a later session for Adults wishing to try out the Sport. It is equally suitable for all genders.

Shooting is very popular with those who have not taken to team sports (and most of those who have!) and is very accessible to those with a disability. It requires mental rather than physical strength, and teaches self-discipline, self-confidence, team-work, friendship and perseverance. Beginners will find this session an easy and gentle introduction to the sport.

Alternatively, for a more comprehensive introduction you can try out the School by booking a place for 2 weeks (2 hours in total) at a cost of £40.00. If the student does not wish to continue at the end of 2 weeks you owe nothing more. For adults there is a five week course where you will learn the safety aspects of shooting ranges, how to sight a rifle to suit you and all the basics. See our website for more information.

Air rifles, targets and pellets are all supplied and there are no additional costs. The course is run by instructors certified by the National Smallbore Rifle Association, target shooting's governing body. All have current DBS checks and regularly coach young people.
