A 45 minute treadmill class, led by ultra-marathon runner Max Willcocks. Having achieved the World Record for distance covered on a treadmill - who better to run you through customised mobility drills, functional training and a choreographed run ALL on a treadmill.
What to expect on the day:
- A head-to-toe workout for the experienced or the aspirational runner
- Physical and nutritional advice
- We are partnering with Profeet and their qualified running technicians who will offer a comprehensive biomechanical analysis of your running style
- Footage of your running style and tips on best gear and shoes for you!
- Our favourite, the latest, and the trendiest food and drink brands will be popping up, sampling their products and providing nutritional tips for the active Londoner
