Event description
We are pleased to invite you to attend 1st Diabetes Inpatient Study Day. Approved for 6 category 1 credits by the RCP (Code 126740).

About this Event

“Inpatient care for diabetes costs the NHS £2.5 billion. That’s 11% of the entire budget spent on inpatient care”

This Study Day is aimed at healthcare professionals who are involved in management of patients admitted in hospitals, residential home, care home and similar facilities in order to enable them to acquire essential knowledge and appropriate skills to facilitate quality management of diabetic patients.

The course will be delivered by Diabetes Consultants and Diabetes Specialist Nurses with years of experience in managing patients with diabetes. It will be of relevance to all healthcare professionals caring for children and adults living with diabetes and we very much hope you will be able to join us on Friday 18th October 2019 for what promises to be a very informative meeting.

The programme has been designed to encourage maximum attendee participation with a combination of didactic and interactive sessions.

The Day has been approved by the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom for 6 category 1 (external) CPD credits (code 126740).

Places at the event are limited and cost £ 20 per delegate (including lunch and refreshments) and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
