2-Day Safety Leadership Development Programme

Step Change in Safety is pleased to offer a new 2-Day Safety Leadership Development Course in collaboration with member organisations Karrdale, Salos Sunesis, Equilibria, and Why Human Factors.

This programme is tailored for Site Managers and Supervisors working in high-hazard environments who are responsible for leading teams and influencing safety culture.

The course helps participants develop their non-technical leadership skills and deepen their understanding of Human Performance, enabling them to foster proactive, high-impact safety cultures. Delegates will strengthen their leadership approach, enhance their coaching skills, and communicate with greater purpose and clarity.

🔹 Note: There will be a small amount of pre-course work to complete in advance.

Course Dates:

• 16 & 17 September 2025
• 9 & 10 December 2025

Timings:

• Day 1: 09:00-16:30
• Day 2: 08:30-16:30

Location: The Palm Court Hotel, Aberdeen

Catering: Lunch and refreshments will be provided on both days.

Cost: £200 per person, per course(Limited to 20 delegates per session, with a maximum of 2 from the same organisation)
