A Mind Transformation Self Development Two Day Retreat with David Hare
Life Coach of the Year 2016 and author of one of the world’s most popular books on Buddhism, The Buddha in Me, the Buddha in You.
'ALL THAT YOU ARE BEGINS IN YOUR MIND'
Our mind is a sanctuary that shapes the way we feel, the way we choose to behave and the stories we tell ourselves about the world.
Sometimes there are blocks that seem to stop us from reaching our full potential, stop us from moving forwards, stop us from feeling at ease, free and happy with who we are and where we are going. It is easy to forget how passionate we once felt and how magical we really are.
This thought-provoking two-day retreat invites your mind to reach a state that truly serves you. Through a series of inspiring coaching approaches and a refreshing mix of exercises, we invite you to come on a journey that empowers you to develop a mindset of confidence, clarity and calm.
Drawing on NLP, positive psychology and practical Buddhist wisdom, this transformative workshop unearths six core principles that you can cultivate from within to energise your mind, unlock your true potential, gain clarity on what you want from life and bring out the confidence, courage and motivation to create the life you want.
Located in the rolling hills of the Lincolnshire countryside, immersed in natural beauty, you will leave feeling invigorated, inspired, free and connected to yourself.

The Amazon reviews of his book speak for themselves
"This book is excellent. Despite the myriad of offerings out there in the self-help arena this book truly does offer something different. Written in an honest, open, friendly style it's packed with great tips and useful journal-style exercises to get you thinking. I wasn't entirely sure how relevant it would be for me as I'm not a Buddhist but the principles are so transferable that it didn't matter at all. I loved it." Amazon review, March 2016
"I bought this book in February - but this is a book I haven't just read once – I keep going through it and find it very inspiring again and again. I really like the combination of traditional Nichiren Buddhism and modern coaching and NLP approaches - absolutely well done! Anybody interested in Nichiren Buddhism can profit from this book: a beginner and a long-term practitioner alike." Amazon review, June 2016
"Written with warmth and humour … practical exercises and affirmations for people who want to access Buddhist wisdom, but aren’t necessarily into chanting, incense and bells! Approach with caution … it may just remove all your excuses for unhappiness and underperformance!" Steve Miller, TV hypnotherapist
"A modern GPS guide for navigating the road to real happiness in this lifetime. David Hare distils thousands of years of Buddhist concepts into actionable steps, filled with the same wit and compassion that made his blog such a treasure." Justin Simien, award-winning Hollywood filmmaker and author
