Session One
Script breakdown
Scene Structure: Beats. Plot Points. Climax. The through Line. Character Analysis: Back story. Biography and research. The Character Spine. Dialogue: How to work with subtexts.
Acting tools:
Working with Images, Movements and Atmospheres. Relaxation, Memory and concentration TechniquesPhysical and physiological exercises.
Session 2:
Reherasal techniques
Improvisation exercises without text and with text. Blocking: Physical movement and emotional movement. Working with Beats. Working with Verbs and through Lines. The Rehearsal Plan. Working with actors on setQuick tips for better performancePractical exercise – evaluating / preparing a scene for actors and performance.

About the tutor
Ezequiel Rubin.
Born in Argentina, 1977. He works as Script consultant/Scriptwriting and Directing Teacher. He has collaborated for several projects from Spain, Argentina Italy an Canada, working for companies such as Tve, Factotum, Rai Cinema, Tv3, Met Films and MediaPro.
