This 2 day course is for anyone at the start of their spiritual or Healing journey or if you have been on it for some time and is based on creating a foundation of Reiki. This Reiki Level 1 course includes 4 attunements to start the flow of Reiki energy.

Plus the history and philosophy of Reiki along with various exercises to support with gaining understanding and confidence with Reiki.

The 2 days include:

- Basics about our Body & Chakras

- 4 x Traditional Reiki Attunements

- How to connect to and channel Reiki

- How to use Reiki

- Working with energy

- The aura - seeing it and feeling it plus healing

- How to give a Reiki treatment to others

- Using Reiki with pets, water and food

- Using Reiki in situations

- How to work with Reiki and when to use it

- 21 day clearing process

- Using meditation

- Working with the breath

- Various exercises

- Lots of group exercises and practical experience

Reiki Healing experience: It is also suggested you attend a Reiki Healing session with Victoria to support you with embarking on your Reiki Healing journey. You can book this directly via my website.

This training is run over days. Starting 9:30am and finishing 4:30pm.

What should I bring?

An open-mind plus fresh plain water. Lunch and any snacks you may want. Plus pen and paper. I’d also recommend brining a blanket and cushion.

What should I wear?

Whatever you are comfortable in, but is also suggest you wear layers.
