Can absolute beginners join, even if I've never done a dance class?

Queens of ALL LEVELS are welcome, whether you're an experienced dancer or have never danced before. We break down the moves in bite sized sections so you're certain to SMASH the routine! Each routine runs for 2 weeks, so I would recommend booking 2 classes for ultimate confidence.

Can I turn up to any class?

What is the vibe of these classes?

SOS classes are all about feeling good, having fun, building your confidence and feeling empowered in your body. My goal is to bring the joy of dance to adults of all levels, body shapes, sizes and ages (16+).
