AHTRW #2

So, our first event was the 'warm-up' to see who was interested and what you wanted from the ‘Herd’. If you gave us feedback - thank you. We have tweaked the format and would like to present to you our second event….

Desperately seeking... agility and trust

At #2 will discuss the 'peak conditions' necessary to ensure that an organisation and it's people people can work effectively on a 'trust and results' rather than 'command and control' (presenteeism) basis?

Join us for an event which will explore what works…and what doesn’t!  4 special guests will share their 5 minute overview of their personal working insights and experiences of 'Trust Working'. There will plenty of food for thought on the trends and drivers that make it a business imperative to re-consider the 'working 9-5' historical norm in what is now a highly networked and agile, global talent-pool.

We will open up the discussion to delegates to see if together, we can define some actionable takeaways that we can all take back to our own world of work - whether you are in large organisation or a small one.

Our special guests are now confirmed!

Sarah Greasley - IBM Client Technical Director and listed on the Power Part Time List

Anna Meller - Sustainable Working

Graham Poole - Camelot Group

Jenny Biggam - The 7 Stars, The UK's Largest Independent Media Agency

House Rules:
All of our speakers and Herd members MUST join The Herd as 'themselves', not as 'talking heads' for their organisations. This is not about selling - but about invention and innovation through shared stories and experiences of what works - and what doesn't. Be vulnerable, don’t sell, DO share.

Please use the hashtag #AHTRW for your twitter and instagram posts so we can all join in the conversation and share with others online.

We look forward to seeing you there!

If you have any suggestions for speakers for future events please email us: herdtorunwith@gmail.com

A HERD TO RUN WITH

When it comes to trying new things and being professionally or personally vulnerable, we often prefer to know that there are others on that journey with us - it feels somehow safer and enables us to be more bold and brave.

A Herd To Run With is a sociable ‘herd’ where people interested in creating better and new ways of working, can come together to share, collaborate and redesign work as we know it to make it better – for everyone.

Why run with us?
Our curated events will put you in the same room with leading, innovative, new thinkers, and business peers who are testing and trying new, unique ways of working. They will share with you the what, why, how and their results – good and bad.

Whether you are from a small start up or part of a larger, established, business - you will all want to answer the same question ‘how do we make work better?’. You will get to share and co-create you own ideas whilst being part of an empathetic support network.

Join us in redesigning and reinventing ways of working, from how we manage talent to tackling diversity and the processes we need in between. Let’s start a revolution.

Join in with the conversation on twitter by using #AHTRW or become a member for FREE by signing up via our website: www.aherdtorunwith.com
