This class will explore how we can learn to simplify our life by creating a shift in attitude that will enable us to face the demands of our life with new found clarity and confidence.

It is very easy to allow our mind to focus in ways that are contradictory with our basic wish to be happy. This class will explore teachings and meditations that enable us to keep a positive mind and overcome negative thoughts such as jealousy and discouragement.
Do I have to attend the entire series of classes?
No, each class is self-contained and can be attended on a drop-in basis for £7 a night. However, it is beneficial to try to attend all the classes.
Is there Parking?
Yes there is free parking! Just park in front of the main building, inside the gates. They are automatic- just drive up to them.
