Since our free meditation sessions were so lovingly received by those who attended over the last two years, we've decided to continue these throughout 2025. For free. For you. For all.

Things are really tough right now - like, really tough.

Everywhere you look, you will likely see that people are struggling.

My instincts tell me that when things are this tough, what we need more than ever is to join forces and connect.

Therefore, I (Rebecca Reed) will host a short, 20-minute guided meditation, on a weekday evening in April, June, September and December, so we can share a space for love, support and connection. Can you imagine how powerful it will be to share this space together?

Other than the above shared reasons, one of my personal and company values with Siendo is to make a positive impact on the world, and offering these sessions for free to the community is one of the ways I am putting those values into action.

I know how much people are struggling with their emotional and mental wellbeing at the moment, and I know how powerful meditation is for managing that... therefore, these free sessions help to make this practice accessible for all.

I welcome you to connect and boost your mental fitness and wellbeing within a community of people who care.
