Thomasina Miers is a cook, food writer and television presenter, an entrepreneur and the co-founder and Executive Chef of Wahaca Restaurants - cooking fresh food inspired by the food markets of Mexico, using free-range meat, sustainable fish and recycling everything down to its food waste. She won Masterchef in 2005, and since then has presented various cookery shows on television and radio. She is the author of six books, her latest book is all about chillies - CHILLI NOTES, Recipes To Warm The Heart (Not Burn The Tongue) is published by Hodder & Stoughton, 2014.
Azmat is the Founder & CEO of Citymapper, an urban mobility app that helps people commute and navigate their cities. Azmat has previously worked at Google, World Bank, and studied at Insead and Penn/Wharton. He has lived in many cities around the world and believes there should be an app that just takes care of you.
SHIVVY JERVIS - EMCEE
Voted one of 100 folks 'redefining digital Britain', Shivvy (@shivvyjervis) is a digital lifestyle, tech editor and curator-presenter from the eclectic hub that is London. Also a Britain's Women of the Future award nominee for 2014 (Media), she is the creator and host of the industry-lauded Digital Futures video series (920K+ views) which de-mystifies the future tech with the power to impact our day-to-day lives.
