The conference times have been scheduled as near as possible to enable attendance at both main conference days with only one nights accommodation. The programme will start at 12.30 lunchtime on Wednesday 23 November and will end at 15.30 mid afternoon on Thursday 24 November. By taking the programme into the evening we can present the same amount of content and make it more cost effective for you to attend as you only need book one nights accommodation.
Of course if you do arrive on Tuesday 22 November, there will be plenty of BAFA around to meet for drinks and the traditional pizza, and having visited Hull many times already, we would strongly recommend staying on an extra night to enable a really thorough exploration!
This is not included in the delegate rates but Visit Hull have negotiated special prices at a range of hotels and all this information can be found on our dedicated Hull Website HERE. The Royal Hotel (Mercure) which is what used to be called The Station Hotel and is both accessible direct from the railway station and is our conference venue for the 23 November is our Designated Conference Hotel, but there are more modestly priced options available all with special BAFA rates accessible by following this link HERE.
Hull is the main railway station for Hull. You can walk straight off the train and into the glorious foyer of the Royal Hotel, our Designated Conference Hotel and venue for Day One. Day Two will be held at Hull Truck which is less than 5mins walk.
