2017 Employment Law Update

PJH Law invite you to their 15th annual Employment Law Seminar.
The Seminar will advise employers and HR professionals on all the upcoming changes to Employment Law this April. The sessions aim to take complex legal issues and explain them in layman terms.

This year’s programme:
9.00 - 9.30 - Arrival and bacon sandwiches
9.30 - 10.00 - Case Law Update including references, protected conversations and contractual variations
10.00 - 10.30 - Legal implications of removing Directors by guest speaker Sonia Braybrook, Head of Commercial Law at JMP Solicitors
10.30 - 10.45 - Refreshments
10.45 - 11.15 - Case Law Update including rest breaks, pay protection and Shared Parental Leave
11.15 - 11.30 - Apprenticeship Levy, salary sacrifice and other changes due in April
11.30 - 12.00 - Gender Pay Gap Reporting and Employment Law Surgery Questions
Like our previous seminars there will be free bacon rolls upon arrival as well as the usual complimentary tea and coffee.
If anyone has a specific employment law question they would like us to anonymously answer at the end of the seminar, then please submit this in advance.
What time do you need to arrive?
Registration, coffee and bacon rolls will commence from 9am, the event will begin at 9.30am.
Is there a coffee break?
As well as coffees and bacon rolls on arrival there will be a refreshment break halfway through the session.
Is there parking at the venue?
The venue has free parking.
Is my ticket transferable?
Yes, just please let us know beforehand so we know who to expect.
