2018/19 Short Story Course — Advice Session 4
Meet The Agents: Robert Caskie, Carrie Kania & Julia Silk

A fantastic opportunity to discuss your work and writing opportunities with three of London’s most productive and experienced literary agents. Use this time to discuss your best chances for publication, to rethink your marketing and to focus on either how to find an agent or improve your working relationship with the one you have.
The sessions will run from 10am - 12am in the cafes of Waterstones Piccadilly. From noon-1pm, we will gather in lower ground reception together to ask further questions. We will be joined by former Word Factory Apprentice Melissa Fu, now signed to Clare Alexander, founder of Alexander Aitken Associates, who will share her experience of working with a top agent.
Once you have booked we will ask you to nominate your preferred agent but due to demand, if this is not possible, you will be offered a place with another agent at our discretion.
Total number of agent sessions limited to 18.

The course will be run on Saturday mornings at Waterstones, Piccadilly unless otherwise stated. Please note: there is a slim possibility the venue will change but would still be in central London.
