As the Principal of Redrows Associates, Colin has 24 years’ recruitment consulting experience across most sectors and levels from Board directors to graduates, in the UK and elsewhere.From the beginning of his recruitment consulting career, he has used Forensic Interviewing which enabled him to achieve the high level of good results for his clients. Out of all the appointments made by his clients during 24 years, only one did not work out well for both parties.
