HLS is proud to announce that we will host the 2020 Yorkshire Work at Height Event at Carrwood Park on the 4th February.

The event provides the opportunity for the work at height industry to collaborate in the interest of raising WAH safety, sharing best practice and knowledge; and to demonstrate a variety of our work at height methodologies and processes that could mitigate or eliminate risks in the workplace.

8 am to 8.30 am – arrival and refreshments

8.30 am – Welcome – introduction from Lorraine Fleming (the culture of work at height)

8.45 am – Stuart Honeywood – pre-use inspections, rescue plans and best practice (fines, poor planning and fines) Prosecution findings – avoiding breaches.

9.15 am – Dave Treacher – Senior IPAF Instructor

- MEWPS for Managers – essential information when managing MEWP operators

- Choosing the right equipment

10.15 am – refreshments

10.30 am – Stuart Honeywood – Equipment innovations

11.15 am Q&A – Panel Discussion
