Key Points:

• Camping is available from Friday 3rd September. Arrivals should be no earlier than 2pm.
• All entrants & spectators should be off site by 7pm on Sunday 5th September.
• Pitches are charged at £10 per night each.
• Tents, Caravans & Camper Vans are permitted. Pitches are located in the Showground arena.
• Camping must be pre-booked. You will be provided with a proof-of-booking item via email that should be presentable at all times.
• Sanitary facilities are provided throughout the duration of the event. They will be subject to Covid restrictions.
• Catering onsite will be open for the duration of the races only.
• Electrical hook-ups are not available.
• Camp fires / fire pits / non-cooking open flames are not permitted anywhere on the site.
• Well behaved dogs are allowed. They must be on a lead at all times & must be cleaned up after. You will be asked to leave the site if these rules are ignored. No exceptions.

Available from Rock UK:

• 33 rooms with two beds (some bunks some single beds) at £50 per room for the two nights.
• 23 rooms with four beds (mixture of bunks and single beds) at £90 per room for the two nights.
• One 4 bedded ‘family lodge’ (with kitchen and living/dining area) at £200 for the two nights.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before the event starts. Cancellations beyond this date will not be refunded.
• Booking fees will be deducted from your refund.
