2021 Reflection workshop with Jo Ferrone

Join me for my online reflection workshop - in the safest and most kind-hearted space I promise to hold for you all.

This session will enable you to recognise how far you've come, AND point the pathway forward.

I will guide you with a series of prompts and conversation to observe not only your achievements and success, but also the challenges you overcame too.

The session is designed to encourage you to invest a little time to press pause in your fast-moving life, to step away from your to-do list, goals & responsibilities for just 90 minutes; it's going to be DIVINE.

Build firm FOUNDATIONS with which to GROW in 2022 from a STRENGTHENED position as the year unfolds. I promise you'll take so much from the workshop, as taking a little time out will do you good in its own right!! Take this opportunity to honour yourself.
