Nourish Your Soul – 2021 Virtual Vision Board Workshop to create nourishment in all areas of your life

Nourish Your Soul is a blissful 2-hour vision board workshop to replenish your heart and mind, and help you connect to what truly matters to you.
Although 2020 was a year quite like no other, it did make us all slow down, take stock and re-evaluate what we care about most. As we enter the next 12 months, there is an opportunity to keep hold of the good stuff that came to light last year, and let go of anything that no longer serves you.
Our unique vision board experience will give you clarity on the areas of your life that deserve a little extra nourishment, help you discover the things that light you up, and provide a visual source of joy and inspiration that you can keep in your home to nourish you throughout the year.
Join us to create your own vision board of inspiring words and images that will leave you feeling truly replenished and and revived, and ready to face the year ahead.
WHAT IS A VISION BOARD
It’s a collage made up of words and images, cut out from magazines, and pieced together in a way that speaks to you. There’s no right or wrong way to create a vision board – it’s your unique creation.
HOW DOES THE WORKSHOP RUN
After a short welcome and introduction, we will lead you through some exercises to help you reflect on the areas of your life that you’d like to focus on this year. With a series of playful quick-fire questions, our 2021 Vision Board Worksheets will get you thinking about how you want to feel this year, what you’d like to attract more of into your life, and help you discover what your wishes and dreams really are.
You’ll then be guided through the steps to create your own vision board, with a lovely group gallery viewing session at the end, with time for reflection on everyone’s boards. Finally, before we send you on your merry way, we help you create an action plan of bite-sized steps to start you on the path towards your year of nourishment.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE
As this is a virtual workshop, we ask that you please provide your own materials . You will need the following:
- A3 card or paper [you can Sellotape two pieces of A4 paper together if need be]
- Glue
- Scissors
- Magazines [ideally a selection of 3-5 different ones - ask family/neighbours/friends if they have any spare]
- A print-out of the worksheets we will be emailing you.
- A pen to write with.
** If you are unable to access any materials, for an additional charge of £10 we can send via courier a selection of 5 magazines, a piece of A3 card, and a glue stick. if you are UK-based. We are unable to send overseas.**
WHO WE ARE
We are artist and writer friends Jodi Jones and Laura Hailstone, founders of London Vision Boards.
Having used vision boards for over 10 years to motivate and inspire us in our own personal and professional endeavours, we have developed a fun, succinct process of creating vision boards for both individuals and businesses. We now run workshops every year and love watching people discover the gold and reconnect to what we call their soul shine – their true joy in life.
