2021 WCTF Santa Charity Grotto *DAY TIME VISITS*

Ho Ho Hooray! Santa is coming to visit us at the farm this December...

We are thrilled to announce that Santa will be flying in to see us again this year and he can't wait to meet you! Our Santa Charity Grotto is always hugely popular and raises lots of money for charity, so book your tickets early and add some festive magic and smiles to your little one's visit this year.

You can book your Santa tickets right here, but don't delay as tickets go like a flash and are issued on a first come, first serve basis. * Tickets to see Santa are only available to book on Eventbrite.*

IMPORTANT: PLEASE BOOK ONE TIME SLOT PER FAMILY (NOT PER CHILD). Each family ticket allows you to add four children when you go through the checkout. Please state their names and ages when prompted. You will be charged a non-refundable cost of £6 (plus booking fee) which is the cost of one child. If you have more than one child you will pay for the remaining children on the day.

Come and enjoy some long anticipated festive magic and bring smiles to your little one's faces this year, we think they deserve it!

Santa will be visiting us on the following special dates:

• Monday 13th December to Friday 17th December, 4pm - 6pm
• Saturday 18th December to Wednesday 22nd December, 10am - 3pm

Some handy information

Tickets are £6 per child with a non-refundable deposit of £6 (plus booking fee) to be paid on booking. This deposit covers the cost of one child and for bookings of more than one child, the remaining fee(s) must be paid on the day of your visit.

If you are a family with more than one child, please only book one time slot as you will be seen as a family unit. You do not need to book a different time slot for each child.

Each family will have an exclusive visit with Santa. Please make sure you fill in the name and age of your children when you book so we have the right number of age appropriate gifts.

Please check in and pay for your remaining tickets at the Coffee Hut on arrival, you can make your payment of £6 per child either by cash or card payment before queuing at the Tipi Grotto door. (Please be aware, there is a small step at the entrance).

** Your ticket means you are booked within an allocated 30 minute time slot (e.g. between 4pm - 4.30pm), we aim for all children to be seen within this time but please be patient - Santa is a very busy man and will not rush the children!

Please arrive for your visit with plenty of time to spare, we cannot guarantee your child(ren) will be seen by Santa if you miss your allotted time slot.

Santa must not be approached at any time for social distancing reasons.

All profits raised by Santa's grotto goes to our chosen charity, the Leicestershire Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre.

Each child will receive a small present from Santa.

*Santa 'Meet and Greet' sessions

As tickets to see Santa in his grotto are very limited, we will also be holding our hugely popular 'Meet & Greet Santa' sessions. Santa will wander around the farm and for a small donation in his charity tin your child can have a photo taken with him and be given a small bag of sweets or gift. (This works especially well for those children who are perhaps a little too nervous to see Santa on their own in the grotto for the first time!).
