2022 Lilac Learning Series: #2 Community
Date and time
Please join us for the second of this year's four Lilac tours & workshop sessions, themed around community living.
About this event
Please join us for the second of this year's series of LILAC tour & workshop sessions, themed around community*
The learning activities will begin at 1.30pm, and will include a guided tour, where you will get an overview of the project, the buildings, the systems and landscape.
Then in our workshop we will look at how LILAC is designed to maximise communal living and sociality. We’ll discuss how we organise and make decisions collectively; how we try to support each others’ needs, pool our resources and skills, and celebrate together; and there will also be a chance to reflect together about the opportunities and challenges to communal living that have been revealed through a pandemic and a year of lockdowns. There will also be tea breaks to give an opportunity for informal Q&A, meeting some LILAC residents and networking.
Please note that there are no crche facilities for this event. If you are thinking of coming with young children and unsure about whether it would be suitable, please get in touch with us to discuss.
The tickets above enable you to opt into different elements of the day - so please read this programme carefully before choosing your ticket:
