About this event

    The Children's Encounter Weekend with God (7 to 9 year olds) Days of power-packed ministry and action-packed activities for children to have their own encounter with God. Cost - £60 per Child (includes ministry sessions, meals, and accommodation)

    What to bring:

    • Bed sheet
    • Pillow case, Duvet/Sleeping bag
    • Towel, Soap/shampoo/conditioner/hair brush or comb
    • Toothbrush & Toothpaste, Slippers & Dressing gown
    • Comfortable clothes for 3 days, Pyjamas for 2 nights
    • Warm jacket & Wellington Boots
    • Indoor shoes and socks
    • Bible

    NB: Please name all items clearly as we nearly always end up with a heap of unmarked clothes which we can’t promise to get back to the owner. Please do not bring electronics devices.

    If a mobile phone is necessary for travel it will be collected at the beginning of the event and returned before going home.

    We would like to surprise the children with a special moment to give them letters from relatives, parents and siblings. Please, bring the letters with the child´s name.

    We believe that one of the biggest mistakes of the church in the past was the lack of proper investment in the next generation. So for us children are a priority. We do our very best to give them an exciting Sunday service with rooms divided by age and lots of drama, music and fun.

    But, all of that embedded with a lot of prayer and a lot of God’s word. Our goal is to guide each child into a deep experience with God and not just give them some entertainment.

    We also have in parallel with each adult life group a children’s life group, so the whole family can connect together in our home meetings and Sunday services. In Jesus' ministry on earth, children liked him and we want the same nowadays, we want our children to love God and love the church.
