The 2025 European Convention, Vienna will give you the opportunity to recognise your extraordinary achievements, share experiences, strengthen your knowledge and celebrate being part of the ever-growing and passionate Young Living community.

We will also have Recognition and Expo, where we’ll have several exciting surprises in store, plus a great line up of inspirational speakers!

Please note: No catering is included in the ticket price. Lanyards must always be worn to access all parts of the Convention.

Registration opens at midday on Friday October 10 with a welcome party on Friday evening. The conference sessions will take place on October 11 and 12, 2025. The full agenda will be available prior to the event.

Expo

Discover your favourite new products at the Expo! This one-stop destination lets you sample new products, experience old favourites, and discover resources that will help you share Young Living more effectively than ever.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the ticket price. Please book your own accommodation. There are a number of hotels close to the Austria Center Vienna.

Refunds or cancellation of an event by Young Living Europe B.V.

Young Living Europe B.V. (YL) is committed to offering high quality events and will always aim to run events once tickets sales started. Occasionally circumstances will arise which result in the need to cancel an event. When this is the case YL will take active and positive steps to inform you as soon as possible by email. YL reserves the right to modify or cancel any event if unforeseen circumstances arise, but we will do our utmost to avoid doing so.

In case YL cancels an event that you have paid to attend, we will offer you a full refund (or a credit transfer for a future event).

No refunds can be issued after 60 days prior to the event date.

Refund requests are only accepted from the original buyer, and they must utilise the identical email address used for the initial ticket purchase.

Please note: If the event is cancelled or changed, the event organisers are not liable to give refunds for any travel or accommodation costs you may have incurred.

Ticket Transfers

Please be aware that only the original purchaser has the authority to request a ticket transfer, and this request must be made using the same email address that was originally used for the ticket purchase.

If you are no longer able to attend an event you can transfer your ticket. To transfer a ticket, please email europeanevents@youngliving.com and provide your full name and member ID as well as the full name, member ID, email address, home address, phone number, dietary requirement and max rank of the person to whom you’d like to transfer the ticket. The presentations will be held in English. Please let us know if they are happy with English or if they have a preferred language translation.

A €25 fee will be required at the time of transfer and proof of payment must be shared before the ticket can be transferred. When transferring promo tickets extra charges may apply. For more information, please contact europeanevents@youngliving.com

Children

Only nursing babies under 2 years old may attend free of charge. To register a nursing baby for the event, please contact europeanevents@youngliving.com.

As an attendee at a Young Living Europe event, photographs and videos will be taken for use on social media, event and marketing materials and as Young Living sees fit, without compensation.
