2025 Insights & Aspirations - A Review and Reflection Masterclass
Overview
A review and reflection masterclass in support of The Boring Fund
Dates: Wednesday 10th December 2025 | Wednesday 7th + 14th January 2026
Time: 6.30pm - 8.00pm
💸 By Donation
This 90-minute online session offers a gentle space to pause, look back on the year just gone and reconnect with what matters as you move into the next. Part guided reflection, part practical toolkit, you’ll leave with simple tools to carry forward a meaningful review process into the year ahead.
Every ticket is by donation and every penny supports The Boring Fund, which helps small UK non-profits cover the essential costs that keep them going.
Celebrate 2025 and welcome in 2026 with intention
The end of the year can feel like a blur of deadlines and last-minute pushes. It’s easy to skip past the quiet insights and rich moments that shaped you. Yet those are often the very things that hold the answers for what’s next.
This session offers a calm, steady place to take stock. You’ll have space to see your energy, direction and work with more clarity. Many describe this as the moment that brings them back to themselves before the year turns. It’s simple, grounding and sets the tone for the year ahead.
A space designed for you
Whether you’re running a team, freelancing, fundraising or just holding a lot for others, this space is for you.
It’s especially helpful for:
- People working in social change or social impact
- Teams wanting a moment to reflect together
- Freelancers and fundraisers supporting many others
- Anyone who’s been in constant motion this year
- Supporters of The Boring Fund who want a meaningful return
You don’t need any experience with reflective practice. Just come as you are.
What we will explore together
- Take a guided look back over the past year
- Surface the moments that shifted or stretched you
- Explore what supported your energy - and what didn’t
- Learn simple tools to carry reflective practice through the year
- Reconnect with clarity, direction and meaning
The session is fully guided and low-pressure. There’s no need to share anything unless you want to. It’s simply a space to breathe and see yourself more clearly.
What you will take away
- A flexible structure for reflection you can use all year
- Tools that support both personal insight and team learning
- A beautiful PDF workbook with all the exercises
- Extra journaling prompts to deepen your thinking
- A steadier sense of where you're headed
- The knowledge that your donation directly supports grassroots organisations
It’s a win on every level-you get something valuable for yourself, strengthen your work and contribute to a fund that supports the often invisible backbone of our sector.
The impact you create
The Boring Fund supports small UK non profits that often struggle to find funding for the essential costs that actually keep them going. Insurance, web hosting, admin time and basic running costs. Essential costs that rarely get covered.
The fund keeps things simple. A short application, £200 grants and no reporting. It centres organisations led by or alongside communities that rarely receive fair support.
The fund has already reached more than £7k and is growing. All ticket income goes directly into grants. With match funding available until the end of October, your contribution becomes part of a larger collective act of care.
This masterclass supports your own reflection and helps strengthen the organisations that hold communities together.
