Key Points:

Camping is available from Friday 1st August. Arrivals should be no earlier than 2pm.
All entrants & spectators should be off site by 11am on Monday 4th August.
Pitches are charged at £15 per night each + fee.
Tents, Motorhomes, Caravans & Camper Vans are permitted. Pitches are located in the Showground arena. Please specify the correct type of pitch you need at the time of booking.
Camping must be pre-booked. You will be provided with a proof-of-booking item via email that should be presentable at all times.
Fresh water & sanitary facilities are provided throughout the duration of the event.
Catering onsite will be open for the duration of the races only.
Electrical hook-ups are not available.
Camp fires / fire pits / non-cooking open flames are not permitted anywhere on the site.
Well behaved dogs are allowed. They must be on a lead at all times & must be cleaned up after. You will be asked to leave the site if these rules are ignored. No exceptions.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before the event starts. Cancellations beyond this date will not be refunded.
Booking fees will be deducted from your refund.
